Since joining the club last year, Ryan has made an amazing impact. His energy, leadership and commitment to the BCC community have already made him a hugely valued member of the club.

Ryan has big plans for the year ahead, focusing on:
✅ Creating a warm, consistent welcome for new players
✅ Strengthening unity between the 1st XI and the wider club
✅ Bringing more structure and purpose to training
✅ Supporting a clearer pathway for our junior talent
✅ Building team spirit with a pre-season trip to Lincoln
